Our group classes are kept small (5 pax) to ensure each individual gets the personalised attention and hands-on adjustment required for an efficient workout.

Private sessions are suitable for individuals looking to achieve their personal goals such as athletic training, pregnancy, injury rehabilitation or postural correction.

Promotion is valid until 30 June 2025, valid for one time purchase per package per individual.

Qi Lin first started Pilates as a way to improve posture and flexibility, and it quickly became a passion. With a love for the BASI method, she believes in the power of building a strong foundation—because even the simplest movements can challenge you when done with precision! 💪

In Qi Lin’s classes, you can expect a strong emphasis on form and alignment to help you get the most out of your practice. Starting in March, she will be offering both English and Mandarin classes.

This 2-day workshop is led by a physiotherapist who will take you through key anatomical structures, postural analysis, joint movements and muscle engagement across various body regions to build a good foundation and understanding of the human body.

Expect live demonstrations and hands on learning to apply the knowledge on each other.

We highly recommend this to individuals who are keen to further their Pilates practice, become an instructor or fitness enthusiasts.
