All our group class bookings are made via Vibefam Mobile App or Vibefam Webpage
  
Please read our Studio Policies prior to booking your classes.

1. Create a Vibefam Account

Download the Vibefam App:
 

• via iPhone App Store or Google Play Store​

• or visit the Vibefam Webpage.
  
  ​For new users, sign up to create a Vibefam account.
  For existing users, log in to your account
  
   

2. Purchase a package on Vibefam
 

• Under the Explore tab, search 'BASI PILATES SG' and click in

• Select 'View Pricing'

• Select the package of your choice

• Make payment via

 

 

Option A：Paynow (Preferred)

• Paynow to 88078771 using your bank app.

• WhatsApp 88078771 with your payment details and Vibefam username.

• Credits will be added manually to your Vibefam account by our admin

• Do not enter credit card details for Paynow.

Option B：Credit Card 
 

• Enter your credit card details into the Vibefam App.

• Credits added automatically to your Vibefam account.

To check your credit balance and package expiry:
Head to the Profile tab, select 'Packages' and select the active package


3. Book a group class

Bookings open 3 weeks in advance, per the respective class timings.

Example: Booking for 27 Jan, 12.30pm opens on 6 Jan, 12.30pm
 

• Under the Home tab, select 'Book Class' under BASI PILATES SG

• Select your class and select 'Book Now'

• Choose a spot and select 'Book Now'

• Select the package to redeem

• If the class is full, add yourself to the waitlist

We encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist. When a spot opens up, an email will be sent to you that you have been added to the class

*Your upcoming classes will appear at the top of the home page
*To receive notifications, turn on your app notifications

Cancellations

Cancel a booked class:

• From the homepage, select the class booked under Upcoming Classes

• Select 'Cancel Booking'

• Confirm the cancellation

*Class credit will be refunded if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance


Cancel a waitlisted class:

• From the homepage, select the waitlisted class under Upcoming Classes

• Select 'Cancel Waitlist'

• Confirm the cancellation

*If you're unable to make it for class, kindly remove yourself from the waitlist 24 hours before class​
